Coaching is for educational and professional development purposes only. It is not therapy or a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. Results cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and must be made in full, or as agreed, before coaching begins. For details on cancellations and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

Clients are expected to engage actively, respect session times, and complete agreed-upon exercises or materials. Missed or late sessions without prior notice may be forfeited according to the refund policy.

All coaching materials, exercises, and written feedback provided by Don Lyles remain the intellectual property of Don Lyles. Your original creative work is always your own, and confidentiality is maintained.
